He found things that we would have never thought to look for. Kasey patiently walked us through the house and we followed his whole inspection path and he explained each defect and explained the different ways a defect could be addressed. The report that we received had text and pictures to indicated each defect that he had guided us through. The report was excellent and the inspection process was excellent."
